Return Policy and Exchange Policy
(for goods damaged in shipment see below)
You may receive a full refund or exchange of your purchase under the
following conditions:
!. Item is returned within ten (10) days of original package delivery date.
2. Berry Patch Dolls has been informed of the return. (this may be done via
email or telephone)
3. Item is received by Berry Patch Dolls in undamaged and unused condition..
4. Buyer is responsible for all charges related to shipping the item, both the
original shipping charges and return shipping charges.
5. Refunds will be issued only after we have received the returned package.
Items Damaged in Shipment
If an item is damaged in shipment, please contact Berry Patch Dolls via email as
soon as possible after package is received.
