You may receive a full refund or exchange of your purchase under the following conditions:

3. Item is received by Berry Patch Dolls in undamaged and unused condition..
4. Buyer is responsible for all charges related to shipping the item, both the original shipping charges and return shipping charges.
5. Refunds will be issued only after we have received the returned package.
