How to Place an Order

Instructions below are for ordering Limited Edition and One-of-a-Kind Dolls as well as Doll Kits, Doll Clothes and Matted Photographic Prints. For instructions on ordering Portrait Dolls, contact Carolyn via email.

Before mailing an order please contact Carolyn via email to insure that the item of your choice is available. Orders can be mailed to: Berry Patch Dolls, 3145 Chapman Lane, Stevensville, Montana 59870 Please specify the item you want as well as any size, color or other choices that may apply. You may also order by phone by calling: 406-777-5143 (ask for Carolyn).
 Payment may be made by personal check or money order. Layaways on purchases over $100 are accepted with a 25% down payment (see our Layaway Policy for more information) .

You may reserve an item by E mail and I will hold it for up to 10 days to give you time to mail your payment. E mail address: brypatch@berrypatchdolls.com.

Items paid for by money order will be shipped within three working days after receipt of payment. Items paid for by personal check will be shipped ten working days after receipt of check. If you are ordering a limited edition doll, your doll will be made up especially for you. If this is the case, I will inform you when you place your order. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery on these dolls.  If you would like to see a photograph of a doll you are interested in, we will be happy to send you one. Please contact Carolyn.
Please note that policies on shipping and shipping charges apply only to items mailed to points in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Items to be shipped to other locations will be handled on an individual basis.
